A couple weekends ago I had the pleasure of working with Ane! I met her through yet again my amazing boss on a shoot we did for the salon. We hit it off immediately, but then again, it's so easy to get along with Ane. Literally within the first 5 minutes she was farting... I love her. But anyways, she has a blog you can follow here. Always very well written posts and funny content! We decided to take a little tour around Oslo for our shoot; first stopping at a cafe and then we headed to the botanical gardens and lastly, her home. It was a lot of fails with lighting and getting pulled out of places we weren't supposed to be, but all in all it was a fun day and the pictures turned out well! I'm hoping that we will get to collaborate again in the future because I think our creativity is just getting started!

In December I was introduced to Alexandra Joner, a friend of my boss's. Alexandra is a singer/songwriter and one of the funniest and nicest people I've met. We have worked together now a handful of times, but I feel like we're really starting something great. She is a photographer's dream because she is down to do anything, especially anything crazy. You guys should see her closet; sparkles, fur, plastic, you name any strange material and she probably has it and a wig to match. It's amazing. This past week we met up for the first time in a month or so and we had a bit of a creative block with the shoot ideas, but we still managed to create beautiful stuff as always because DUH, look at her face. We have been stuck indoors shooting because Norwegian winters literally never end, so we are both really looking forward to shooting outdoors and using SUN! Stay tuned for more to come :)
I started working for Brow Rehab Salons in December and had NO IDEA just how many talented people I would be surrounding myself with. Almost every brow stylist here has a crazy beauty background and a love for makeup. It's extremely interesting and fun to be apart of. Luckily for me and my love of photography and fashion, I was able to tag team my latest project with a makeup artist who I work with here at Brow Rehab. Kine Olsen and I started brain storming shoot ideas a couple months ago and we both were really into the idea of using tulle. Of course I know nothing about makeup, so I told her to shoot for the moon with ideas and I would be there to give advice and create images she would love. And that we did! She came up with some amazing body paint and floral ideas for makeup and we lucked out with an icy, gray day that made the images so striking that I would honestly hang them up in my house. Kine and I have now decided we'll try to take on one shoot a month and continue to create more. I have included some of the images we took below. Enjoy!
